How to Use
Massage the desired amount into the skin thoroughly. Repeat as necessary to experience relief, covering any areas needing extra attention.
- Massage onto sore muscles, inflamed joints and tendons to soothe pain and muscle spasms
- Massage onto temples and neck to ease head tension and migraines
- Apply to the bottoms of feet before bed to promote restful sleep
- Rub onto chest and shoulders to alleviate feelings of anxiety
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not apply to cuts, wounds, open sores or freshly shaved areas of skin, and always test a small amount on a patch of skin first to ensure you are not allergic to any ingredient in our products.

During my second pregnancy I have had a bad case of restless leg syndrome. I had read that RLS is caused by a magnesium deficiency, so I started using this cream again. I rubbed it onto my legs, arms and belly, and literally within 30 minutes that horrible sensation stopped and I was able to finally fall asleep! I’m so grateful for this product because it has helped my whole family with different ailments. I even use it on my 1 year old to help him fall asleep and stay asleep. Still have yet to receive this package I order late March. Was supposed to receive April 4, all it says now is package is expected later than expected with no further updates. No updates since April 13th.

I truly can’t live with out my cream. It is a must have on me at all times just in case I get a flare up. I have endometriosis and fibromyalgia my tolerance for the pain is extremely high but I’ve been in pain since I was 13 years old and nothing has ever come close to helping me as much as dope minerals magnesium cream. I buy two of them a small bottle of magnesium and CBD and then a big bottle of the magnesium it self . And on good day I just rub my magnesium on and get my day started. In bad days I use the magnesium with CBD and that has been life changing for me. It helps promote good sleep and I think it’s helps alot with my digestive problems too. I get what we call #endobelly and it pretty much is me being bloated looking like I’m pregnant for a couple of days. It horrible and can be so uncomfortable. But when I’m like that now I put in my cream on before bed wrap myself in a heating pad and it’s gone by morning ?. That for me is a game changer and that’s why dooe minerals magnesium cream is one of my all time holy grail items to have for anyone with chronic illness or anyone who just has aches and pains it’s a great way to get rid of head aches.
